I've had many pairs of jeans altered here, with original hem and some without, they always come out well and where I wanted the length. However, the real reason I continue to bring my business back, is many years ago, the owner showed me compassion in a time when I thought the world was doomed and there wasn't much of it to be found. It wasn't much, but through a heartfelt and genuine conversation I had with the owner, I knew this was a business I wanted to continue to support. I have also used their premium service to preserve my daughter-in-law's wedding dress. While nervous about entrusting this precious dress to anybody, they assured me it would be well taken care of. They informed me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to complete. About a month after I dropped it off I received a text saying it was ready. The stains on her dress, which had accumulated during a jubilant reception almost a year ago, were gone! The dress was returned, immaculately preserved, in a beautiful presentation box. While you can go inside to drop things off or set up an account, their drive-through service is perfect for jetting in and out of your errands as quickly and conveniently as possible. He checked the garment label to ensure cleaning instructions were followed. He also provided the estimated cost and printed out the reminder slip regarding pick up. As with any dry cleaners, they have all the garments hanging on an electric belt. Based on the completely full rack of cleaned clothes, it appears that business is good and they have many customers. After dropping off my dress, I received a text message reminder about when to pick up my garment. The day it was expected to be done, I received another text message reminder. Vincent was there when I picked up my cleaned dress. I gave him the printed slip and he was able to scroll through the garments quickly and found my cheongsam. All is well! When I went to pickup my costume I was told it wouldn't be finished until Monday or Tuesday. I told the cashier I had received a text that my costume was ready for me to pickup. So I showed him the text I received. He then asked if I needed my costume that night or not. I said no, but I was under the impression my costume was ready for me to pickup. I was able to get my costume on Monday once they found it. This business is disorganized and needs to have the cost for items rendered.

The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.
