I drove uninsured for an entire week without knowing. I only discovered the cancellation when I logged into their website days later. When I visited the office to ask what happened, the agent, Catherine, had no answers for me. She said it was a "COMPUTER ERROR." The next day she reinstated my policy without my consent, thinking that's what I wanted. When I told her I didn't want it reinstated ( already had new insurance policy with other company ) and just wanted an explanation, she said she couldn't cancel the policy AGAIN until I provided proof of new insurance. It's concerning that they can unilaterally cancel someone's coverage without notification, yet require documentation from me to cancel it myself. This was extremely unprofessional and poor customer service.

They claim they couldn't get a payment from Me 2 months ago and I tried to tell them that nothing had changed on my end. My bank account was the same, my cards were the same but the attitude I got was too bad so sad we won't give you back your $15. Great! Because of that, I went looking for another company. I found one and ended up paying $400 less a year not including their so-called discounts which would have made it $800 a year. The coverage I now have is way better then what they offered and way cheaper. Tomorrow they'll get a phone call from me canceling my policy with them. Should have given me that 15 bucks!

We found the agency staff to be arrogant and and incompetent . Whenever there was some kind of change it was difficult and took days for an answer . after we left and went to another State Farm agency we really realized all of the above our rates went down which was reflected in our payments We actually received an check back from State Farm a week after we sign up with the new agency I can go on with numerous issues things that where on our policies that should have not been there which we overpaid for years If you are with this agency please be aware

They did nothing to assist in keeping my costs reasonable and when I tried to cancel my policies and go with a broker who was able to save me over $3000/year on my homeowner's policy and over $1000/year on our auto policies they refused to cancel my policies and their withdrawals from our bank accounts.
