Overall the experience was seamless. Eddie showed up on time and all was able to get my TV mounted with the additional work to get the cables hidden in less than 90 minutes. He brought additional gear (e.g. extension cables, screws, mounts) in case I didn't have them already. He showed me industry tips and tricks for if I wanted to add additional wiring in the future.
