What I was particularly impressed with was their ability to come up with creative solutions for the wiring of both the intercom and the elevator keypad. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation. At our main entrance gate we had a DoorBird D1101KV unit installed, an Enforcer Keypad at our secondary gate (both with electric Strikes) and an Emtek touch entry unit for our front door. Lion Security were great to deal with - responsive and helpful. Our installer Diego however was truly exceptional. Knowledgeable, always available, quick and his work was of a very high standard. In running cable and cutting drywall he kept needed repairs to a minimum. The entry systems we chose were not cheap - especially the DoorBird - but we needed the ability to, for example, let people in remotely. We have had the systems for over a month now and they have worked as advertised from day one. We could not be happier with them and cannot recommend Lion Security and particularly Diego more highly.

Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
