Not sure if this is a fully licensed business. The contractor permit posted here is for handling low voltage device. However, they are advertising for security system monitoring and live monitoring, which requires a different license in California for dealing with alarm systems. If you've seen their ads, you would also notice they are using the word "certiFID" instead of "certified" installer (see photo), is it just typo? or is it meant for misrepresentation?? The Deep Sentinel system promoted by this company is such a terrible product; people who have used it are describing it as a total scam! We had horrible experience with them, shared it with all our business partners in the network - would never use this service and would NOT recommend them to anyone!! read more

I had the opportunity to work with Robin and his team for some security cameras I was looking to install but needed some advice. Originally I was debating between easier DIY options such as Ring, Eufy etc however decided to reach out and schedule an appointment so I can make a final decision which route to go. When I first called Robin was out of town and not available however he did inform me when he would be back. This was not an issue to me since I did not need anything immediately. Soon as he was back in town I received communications from him right away and we scheduled a site survey. Upon his arrival we walked around my house and he looked at every angle around the home, answered all my questions and made some recommendations for me. The same day I received a quote with detailed information about the equipment that will be installed and I decided to move forward. Within a few days we schedule another appointment for the install and Robin came over with his crew to go over everything once again with me. The installers were top notch and very detailed, at the same time cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. Then at the end they even taught me how to use the equipment and remote app. A day or so later I had some issues with one of the cameras and without hesitation Robin came out twice to help me resolve the problem right away. First time to diagnose and second to replace the camera. Since then everything has been working flawlessly.
