The woman in the front, was super sweet and made me feel welcome even though I had dropped in. The woman who helped me find my dress was helpful as well. She made sure I was comfortable and even zipped me up when I tried on the dress. David'd bridal gets a bad rap, reasonably so. But, my experience this weekend was pleasant and almost made me want to return.

I walked in and saw all the pretty dresses, we checked in (I brought my fiancé) I was told to look at the dresses and select a few that I liked. I had come prepared with photos from the website & the lady said she would look for the dresses. They ended up not having any of the ones that I picked in stock. I had picked a few dresses to try on & then she needed to get different sizes but brought back different gowns. All in all I tried on 3 gowns & then my time was up. We spent a lot of time talking about each gown, she tried to narrow down what I liked and didn't like in the dress, she was very sweet & helped me in and out of each dress. I was surprised when my time was up only having tried on 3 & the lady had started hinting about needing to finish because of her next appointment. So I believe it took $30 mins in total and at the end I had found one tht i was liking & they (I think maybe a manager) were pressing me into getting the credit card & wanted me to fill it out before I left. The woman was super nice, but I felt rushed and pressured to buy, so I left really dissatisfied and almost in tears because I never ended up trying the styles of dresses that I wanted, since she brought some random ones. I went in there…read morehoping to find an empty box and/or some bubble wrap to use to send something and got the usual I could care less attitude from the owner/Clerk, whichever he is. I'm a firm believer that people should be helpful to other people even if they're not going to make a dime on it. It creates good PR. He told me all the boxes had been taken out back but there wasn't a single box behind the store after I drove around there to look. I'm not mad that he didn't have a box, just that he had such an uncaring attitude toward a potential customer. I shop in discount stores almost exclusively but I'm not likely to go back to a place that doesn't make me feel valued.
