His…read moredark-haired female supervisor (I'm guessing she was anyway), however, was incredibly snarky and rude toward our 3 year old who was being a very well mannered 3 year old but just happened to put his hand on one of their mirrors. Then she was rude to my wife when she asked if we could purchase vs rent the particular suit I was there getting fitted for. Separate note, I asked if they had military discount and she cut off the younger gentleman and said no because "people were abusing it". What does that even mean? Anyway, just seemed like one more opportunity for her to take another rude jab. Oh, she also dismissed our request to get our two little boys measured because they were "due for a growth spurt" but given her attitude thus far at this point in the visit, my wife and I are pretty sure she just didn't want to deal with us any further. The younger gentleman and lighter-haired lady working there were incredibly nice, she was very much not. Will avoid this location best we can moving forward, if not Men's Warehouse altogether. Shame for us but oh well.

I then pointed out the great deal I'd gotten on a designer coat that day, and she again was snarky in saying, "who is that? Never heard of them." I fully understand the need to be proud of your brand but if you're in retail and have nothing good to say, shut it. Also, whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? To be fair, my other visits there were very pleasant and professional. The sales associate Rachel was extremely helpful and delightful in helping me find and pick out two cute dresses. So five stars for her and zero for miserable Lori.

He has so much experience and it really shows in his work. Everything looked clean, professional, and tailored exactly how we wanted. No socks Help/Support: Mostly Terrible: The owner is rude, hard to understand, constantly on the phone 24/7 and acts as if you are an inconvenience. I am the wife saying this and didn't even experience the tuxes but came to the fittings and each time it was horrible. At the final fitting my dad said he was much nicer and helpful and allowed him to take the tuxes 2 days early. He overcharged me money and we had proof on a receipt what the price was. After a rude phone call by me and my father, he realized it was HIS mistake and refunded me the money...but of course... Instead of just putting the money back on my card, he said he could only give me a check or cash and I had to go back to the shop to pick it up..... So again.... An inconvenicene I had to go back to the shop and get the money he owed me. I had to wait another 25 min before he even came to the desk to acknowledge me. The hours are limited. I don't know how he can even keep the business running. M-F only open from 12 to 6 or 2-8, sometimes you must call ahead to make sure he will even be there. Both times I went and the time my husband went for his final fitting the owner was late. He was late to opening his own store when we had appointments for 4 people..... and late when they went back with an appointment to pick up the tuxes. Shipping/packing: Poor. The tuxes didn't come in until 4 days before the wedding and no spare time for last minute changes or fixes. When my father and husband went for the final fitting 3 days before the wedding...one of the groomsmens suits was not in..... they said they would expedite ship to the venue.... Which was a destination wedding. So I was wondering if the suits were actually going to arrive on time to the venue and not get damage or have missing parts. my husbands velvet suit was great so thats all that mattered to me, the men looked nice, just very uncomfortable suits Value: IMO The price was ridiculous-about $300 plus tax......compared to Mens Warehouse or other mom and pop shops it was way overpriced. I thought because it was a smaller shop, it would be a cheaper price. Only went with this company because we previously used them for a prom shop over 12 years ago and back then it was decent. You are better off just going to Mens Warehouse or any chain/corporate suit company.

We came on a Saturday afternoon, so the store was filled with families and lots of youth... but the displays are laid out in a way for you to still be able to navigate around the store. The prices are high, but most areas have a deal when you buy more items. The hidden gem is definitely the clearance area back by the dressing rooms. We were able to find a few dresses and tops for almost 80% off. The store is constantly being tidied up and restocked by the employees. Even the fitting rooms... which had a long line... were managed by three employees and turned over quickly!
