Won't be back to a Jos A Banks ever. Ross park location is terrible! This location isn't any better (from my 2 visits there).

I have been to this location a few times now. I have been very pleased with the service that I received. I was patiently helped in choosing my shirts by an older gentleman that stuck with me while I searched for the right sizes and colors. When I was unable to find them he helped me order them from the catalogue. The only downside was that a younger girl measured me incorrectly, so my shirts were too small around my neck and the sleeves were also short. This was quickly remedied by shipping me the correct sizes. I offered to drop off the shirt I already had in my possession. They were very appreciative when I dropped it off at the store. I would recommend this location to anyone but have an older salesperson measure you. They have more experience and will make sure they get it right. Highly Recommend. read more

Nice selection. My Salesman was good except my pants came back way too short and it can not be lengthen. Called in to see if my suit was in. Women who answered "whom I believe is the manager." Answered the phone. I asked her if my suit was in. She answered back that, "if no one has called you, then no it is not here." I requested for her to go look just in case and it was 10 days after the promise date. She returned and said yes it was there. No apology, nothing. I have visited the store several times and pitches several items. She is always rude and spears to be bothered when helping someone. In my opinion, she should not be working in that environment. I am not returning to this location or antithetical of there locations. read more

I need to commend the staff, especially Bill, for providing excellent and friendly service to us today. My elderly father needed to be fitted for a rental suit for an upcoming family wedding. My father has health issues and is unsteady on his feet. Bill was patient and professional, accommodating and understanding. He worked with us to make sure dad was getting measured and fitted appropriately and understood all that was going on. The store was quite busy when we entered and he took the time to get it right. Shout out to Frank and his team for going above and beyond. I am not a normal sized person, so I need suit separates. Franks spent twenty minutes combing the store looking for the perfect match, and then expedited delivery on an order for an item they didn't have in stock. The Cranberry location is excellent, stay away from Ross Park Mall store. Ron, who I believe is the older salesman is the king of the upsell, and refuses to help you find anything in the clearance section. He wants you to buy everything custom so he can get a larger commission. Very bad experience at Ross Park Mall, amazing experience in Cranberry. read more

Of course, this location is convenient and of course, it offers the tremendous selection for which Jos. A. Bank has become known. The real reason I shop at this store location is because of Frank. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is the most patient and the most accommodating sales professional with whom I've ever dealt. Ever. I first met Frank nearly five years ago, as five colleagues and I had to purchase tuxedoes for a company event. Thanks to Frank's guidance, we all looked great! From that point forward, when I need a shirt, pants, ties, suits, or accessories, I go to this location when I know Frank is working. He always greets his customers with a smile, remembers my name, and seems to know what my tastes are... so it saves me time and I always look great. If Frank wasn't so valuable to his customers, Jos. A. Bank would do well to have him train other sales people within the company. He is a tremendous ambassador for your fine establishment. read more

Having shoped at Jos A Bank prior in Charleston S.C and Santa Monica CA. I was pleased to find a local store in Cranberry. However, the staff at this particular location was disappointing. Two other clients in the store and apparently two staff. Over Thirty minutes and not a acknowledgment of any sort. After to many attempts to get some attention my wife had enough and insisted we leave. I can only attribute this to the fact that it was game day in Pittsburgh and as I was in shorts and Steeler game Jersey. The pretentious nature of the staff left me feeling extremely dissapointed, was it just a bad crew on that day or would it be different if I had my normal attire on and parked my BMW outside the front window where they could see me come in? That wonder alone is reason enough to ensure I will not return to this particular location. read more

"Utter incompetence" is the only phrase that really describes this Jos A Banks. They're clueless when it comes to wedding rentals. It's really not worth risking your wedding day on this place. read more
