It was easily found on the internet but who wants to wait a week or more to see if you get the right part? We called around and the places we called referred us to Glenwood Appliance. So off we go.... I happened to bring the broken pump with me, I walked in and was greeted by a smiling young lady who asked what she could do for me. All I did was raise the pump and say I need a new one of these.. before I could tell her what it was, she said I have those over here.... Holy smokes, you kidding me?! I really like it when employees know their stuff! She brought out a small box, cut it open and BINGO! The exact make and model with the same part number even. This small shop had a factory part for a 5 year old front load washer, man what a relief! My machine broke down last night, tonight it will be back in action! The people here are knowledgeable and resourceful as she let me know that the next time I need anything, i should also bring the make and model info, just in case they can cross reference it with a part from another brand!
