My advice on this service, buy the manual, memorize it, buy a $50 part and fix it yourself, it would be faster. Absolutely the worst service I have seen in many years. Too bad they tarnished the name of Glenwood appliance who always seemed very helpful. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time or money with these clowns.

Just under two months later, same noise,AAA said they only warranty work for a month. Took dry apart...said it was the bearing...said they had to order one. ( another $250 with service, said they wouldn't charge the $99 diagnosis. I say it was a skam..Find the problem first visit, where they should have ordered a new bearing, but did not so they could come back a second time and make almost $500. I declined their services.
