Although the address is N. Roan, the building is actually behind the other two buildings. It is a…read moredetached shed with a sign on the front, so you can find it, you just have to drive to the rear of the actual address. There are a few parking spaces next to the building and the lot is paved. I walked into the door to the waiting area and waited while the owner finished a phone call. I told him I wanted an estimate on tinting the door windows darker. He said he was rather busy so it would be a couple weeks until he could get to me. I was fine with that so we checked my vehicle. He said I already had the darkest tint allowed on my windows but suggested tinting the windshield would help reduce sunlight into the cabin quite a bit. I was given a decent price and he said the phone call was a cancellation for the next morning so me could squeeze me in if I could get there. I returned the next morning, and he went to work right away. The windshield tinting took only about 30 minutes and looks great. I appreciate the honesty of not selling me something I didn't need, and for making a suggestion that really helped reduce interior heat. I will definitely return for my next tinting needs.

I left a two-star review here and was met with an extremely rude response. Fine, whatever. But then…read morethe owner went out of his way to track down my personal social media account and berated me over my review and actions. I had no idea because I don't check my messages often--only when I need information from a sender. When I finally did, I realized he had messaged me eight months ago. When I didn't respond and later blocked him, within just 25 hours, he went back and edited his reply on my review to be even more aggressive. This feels obsessive and unsettling. They should have just left my review--and me--alone. Honestly, I feel really uncomfortable and even scared. Businesses have addresses on file and with this much retaliation, I'm a little scared
