He worked with my husband and I from the very beginning of our IVF process through the end. I went through IVF in order to have PGD and PGS on the embryos since I have a balanced translocation of certain chromosomes. Dr. Babayev, the residents in the clinic, and the nurses were all extremely attentive and cared about our success. I always got prompt responses on MyChart and help after hours and on weekends. Dr. Babayev was clearly very interested in helping us get pregnant, and reached out to genetic experts around the country for the latest research on my particular condition. Wait times were short and prompt, which helps when you're going to the clinic so frequently. Best of all, I'm now pregnant after my first round of IVF and Dr. Babayev monitored me until it was time to transfer to a regular OB.

The office staff was/is the most unprofessional I've dealt with. No one has a clue what is happening in the business office... ever. They have no idea how to process insurance claims. There's no sense of urgency (with claims a lot of times you have to have this). They had no clue that my insurance didn't cover cryopreservation (freezing of the eggs), they had no idea that my insurance had us put any eggs that we got immediately back in no matter if we only just got one or 10. My first time there was back in 2016/2017 where we began a cycle. We accidentally got pregnant by ourselves but the awesome staff failed to give me a pregnancy test, which is routine when you are going thru treatments (I was in their office literally every other day for blood work) and all the while I'm injecting my stomach with fertility drugs. Sadly, that pregnancy ended in an ectopic pregnancy and an emergency surgery to remove one of my Fallopian tubes. I'm actually still devastated about that because as if it wasn't hard enough for us to get pregnant now it's 50% less likely . When I was getting blood drawn and I would have to go into the office on Saturdays they had a medical office assistant drawing my blood which she's not trained in and she did this wrong every single time. The business office switched hands at least 3 times while we were there and they still have no clue on how to help me with billing issues that I call about. My insurance company is still, one year later, waiting on notes from several doctors. The business office said not to worry about the last cycle we went thru because it was their fault why we were having to do it again, yet we got charged full price for it. A lot of promises were made and none were solidified. If you are going to start your fertility journey here please don't use your insurance because this office doesn't have a clue how insurance works. I'm well aware that fertility clinics normally don't even accept insurance but if you are going to accept it, your office staff should be trained on how to process claims. By the way this has severely affected my almost perfect credit score bc they sent the bills to collections even though they haven't sent any of the doctors notes to the insurance company so basically I just have $8,000 sitting there like I didn't even use the insurance. It's very frustrating y'all. Sorry for the long post. Again, Dr. Babayev was great, but if I were to do this over I would not go here just based on the office staff and how knowledgeable they aren't. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE…read more Now looking at past reviews I wish that I would've done more research on this dude being that he clearly has had a pattern with how he treats his patients that goes back YEARS. Let me start off by saying that if I could give zero stars I WOULD but because of my experience I want to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else. The first appointment I had my partner with me because I've been experiencing unexplained bleeding. I had previously gone to a urgent care because I haven't had to go to a primary really up until recently. They ran tests and couldn't seem to find the source but still gave me treatment because of my symptoms being out of the ordinary. I found this guy to look more into what is happening with me. My partner and I went into the appointment and the first thing I noticed was another patient, a women walking out extremely upset. I felt bad being nosey but it took me back since I've had bad experiences in the past but my partner reassured that we don't know everything and to not assume my appointment would go the same way. We go in and he seems nice for the most part and was open to answering questions that me and my partner had. At first. We scheduled up a follow up for me to get an ultra sound done and he recommended I go get a blood and urine test done. The follow up comes up and this time my partner isn't able to accompany me so I went by myself. Going into the appointment he was acting VERY different then how he had acted at the previous appointment. He didn't seem to want to answer my questions that HE didn't find relevant and told me that everything ran normal and had said that I'm just a heavy bleeder on my period. After the amount of times that I had told him that I have never bled that many days ( a week before my actual period ) before starting my period. He continued to ignore my questions and just said " If you bleed this much on your period that's not a way to live I'm gonna prescribe you to take birth control ". He even made what I felt was an inappropriate comment and compared my bleeding to a crime scene. Already feeling that he was acting totally different from my last appointment and feeling like I didn't get answers. My partner and I considered it a win despite that and I tried to still be empathetic and think that maybe he was having a bad day and to try not too look into it too much. The day after ( today ) I started bleeding more then I have ever bled before. I had to leave work because I was bleeding on the chairs that I have to sit on. I called them to figure out what could be happening because my bleeding and cramping are getting so out of control that I can't even finish a shift and got sent home. I got ahold of Debra ( tbh not sure what she is because she works front desk but she also assists him like a nurse ) and all she told me was that the pill isn't causing me to bleed and continued to be rude and not helpful. We end the call with her saying that she was gonna call the doctor and get back to me because they aren't in office. I get the call back and she tells me in a snarky tone that he as well feels that the pill isn't the cause and recommended that I take MORE OF THEM per day and that it should help stop the bleeding. BUT DONT SEEM INTERESTED AS TO WHATS CAUSING IT?? Mind you. I've been on birth control before and my body had never responded to it this way. My periods in the past have only ever been heavy the first couple days then die down. And also if it's not the pill then there must be something else wrong. But they didn't want to take me in and they refused to even write me a note for the days I'm gonna have to miss of work now having to go somewhere else to figure out what's happening. Each appointment I went too was $300 and man did the man PLAY ME and my partner. I advice you stay as far away from this place as possible.
