Wanted to give this place a shot but sadly never got the chance to hire them! I can't review their quality of cleaning but can speak to their lack of professionalism. I inquired about cleaning services for our apartment a week prior and spent 25-30 mins on the phone with Jeffrey discussing our needs. He reassured me that he is the man for the job and everything sounded so promising so I agreed to hire them. After a thorough overview we decided to proceed to schedule to have them clean the following Sat. and he asked if I could send him my email info. via yelp message so that they can send over docs for me to sign (which I did within 24hrs of our conversation) 3 days later, I've yet to see anything in my inbox. I proceeded to follow up and asked about the docs and if we were still on for Sat. service. He responded with "Yes" , but never advised of time nor ask for address or send any of these so called 'releases' to be signed. I had to follow up repeatedly and made several calls day prior to confirm all details but to no avail. He just confirmed that they would be coming at 8:30 am on Sat, but didn't even ask for my address? These are all major red flags and of concern. I get a missed call around 8am Sat morning asking for my address. Seriously? Since nobody returned my call to confirm I had to assume our appt. was not happening and move along with my schedule. I do not have time to babysit and should not be chasing business to take my money. If a business is unable to understand the basic courtesy of returning calls to their clients in a timely manner and such poor communication, follow up, and attention to details - not to mention complete disregard for other's time, I can just imagine the quality of their cleaning service. Poor customer service, follow up means they don't want my business so I am happy to go elsewhere. I may have dodged a bullet! These 5 star reviews starting to look suspect to me hmmmm read more
