I called at least 10 other cleaning services before I found Shannon and none of them could come in short notice. Not only was she available when i needed her, she also beat all other estimates I received. The house is immaculate! Absolutely sparkling spotless. Her cleaning style is incredibly strategic and organized. It is apparent that she thoroughly thinks things through before taking action. Her son and her make a great duo and work very productive together. The 4 hours of cleaning they did were more like 6 hours worth of work. Their time efficiency is astonishing. My cat went missing due to the vacuuming and Shannon said, "I am not leaving until we find the cat" and helped me search the entire house after she was done with hours of hard work. Where do I start with this awesome company! 1. They are licensed and they immediately showed their credentials before entering the home. Be careful because some companies are not legal and will charge the same amount. 2. The price was reasonable and their work was above and beyond. 3. They are very detailed and perfectionist when cleaning. They reminded me of what my family used to call spring cleaning. Every area sparkled and they clean areas I would have never thought about. 4. No matter how hard I cleaned my shower door it still had water stains. Thanks to them the door is back to brand new!!! We hired OC Superior Cleaning for the first time to do a move-out deep clean for our rental property. We have hired other companies in the past, and I had not found one I had liked. Shannon and her crew of three other women, showed up to clean our one bedroom apartment. They followed my list of things I wanted cleaned, and did a fantastic job cleaning the place. Found Shannon's cleaning service on Yelp contacted her via the app received communication from her through the app and via phone call from her partner Max. She & her crew of two others came to my home and provided a thorough detailed job, with ongoing communication. My requests were received with smiles & a great attitude of wanting to please along with pleasant smiles and good communication throughout the entire cleaning. I recommend Shannon and Her Crew and will be using them on a regular basis. They received 4 stars because I couldnt figure out how to give 4.5 STARS. They did such an amazing job. I think amazing is the wrong word. The house was spotless They even got the baseboards and in the deep corners in the floor. They allowed me to do a spot check and when there was an issue they automatically fix that. They were extremely respectful and very polite. I found this company on yelp several months ago and boy am I glad I did. I had been using a different cleaning service for many years and my old company wasn't cleaning up to par anymore so I decided to try Shannon and Max after reading their reviews. This is company is awesome. Since using this company Shannon and Max and the gals that come along with them are very professional and very thorough cleaning. With any company you start new with, there will always be a few hiccups along the way but after a few discussions at the beginning everything has been excellent. I'm almost surprised there hasn't already been a review about these guys, but to be fair even I waited until I have worked with them a few times. The staff at OC Superior always show up on time. They are always clean, courteous, and professional. Whether we're home or not they get the job done right. Initially messaged through Yelp with all the information regarding my house/when the job needed to be completed by (it was Wednesday and needed to be completed by Saturday morning). I was told to call to get a quote. I called and spoke to Max about the whole situation, again specifying that everything needed to be completed by Saturday morning and also asking for a quote. He said that the job could be completed by then and that for the quote it would be necessary to do a live on site quote to be accurate. He stated that his partner would come by tomorrow (Thursday) first thing in the morning so we could get our quote and get something scheduled. I explained that everything needed to be figured out as soon as possible so that we could contact another cleaning service if necessary and he said that he understood. I asked if he could possibly come by today (Wednesday) to do the quote and he said that it's a possibility and he would call his partner and get right back to me. No response. I assumed that it was not going to happen. Fast forward to Thursday morning, I woke up early to be available for Shannon to do the on site quote. She does not show up. Called at 9:30 am and no response. Called again at 10:30 am and finally she picks up and tells me that she cannot give me a time when she can stop by but that she will let me know. She does not apologize for not contacting me and letting me know about any of this and keeping me waiting. Once again, I call around 2:30 PM that day and finally she tells me that she is finishing up and can come by. Shannon arrives around 4:30 PM to do the quote. We show her around the place and ask if she can give us an estimate. She tells us that she has to go home and explain to Max first which will take a couple of hours and then another couple of hours for Max to come up with a quote meaning that our quote would be given to us around 9 PM Thursday night. This is obviously not what we asked for because we needed the place to be cleaned Friday so we could check out Saturday morning. Later that night we are still waiting on the quote and I finally call her around 9:30 PM and no response. She calls back about 15 minutes later and tells me that Max has still not yet been able to come up with a quote. She finally estimates a quote on her own for us (without the official help of Max) and then proceeds to tell us that they are completely booked for Friday and even early Saturday morning and cannot clean the place in time. I told her that Max told me that it could be done and she says that he never told her. On my messages to her through the Yelp app, I stated that the completion date needed to be Friday and she obviously ignored this. This whole time I was told that everything could be done in time which was why I was relying on them to do the cleaning but since they screwed me over at the last second and took so long to figure out an "estimate" it gave me almost no time to scramble to find some people to do the job. Still never received an actual quote to this day. Bottom line: they have horrible customer service, are extremely slow and not responsive, messed up information given, and as a customer you are the one having to follow up the whole time. They did not call me on their own once. I cannot attest to their cleaning abilities but if you are looking for proper customer service you will not find it here. read more

We have a pretty hard-to-clean home but Oc superior did a fantastic job! They came within a day, assessed the house and were back the next day for a thorough deep clean. I have never seen my windows sparkle before. They were very detailed in their work and took great care of my home. I have had many cleaners before but have not been very satisfied, especially with the young girls who appear very disinterested in their work and are in a rush to leave.
