I always accompany my husband to his appointments, and Dr. Zabinski takes a moment to ask how I'm doing as well. That kind of personal care and attention is rare and very much appreciated. It's important to note that Dr. Zabinski recently changed offices and now has a wonderful staff who are professional, kind, and efficient. The new office runs smoothly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the older reviews still reflect issues from his previous office staff, which no longer applies. Based on our recent experiences, Dr. Zabinski and his new team truly deserve recognition for the excellent care and service they now provide. Highly recommend this practice.

I have a tendency to kidney stones, and he monitors those closely for me. When they get too large to pass safely, he proactively suggests treatment before they start their excruciating passage from the kidney. I have also relied on him to surgically remove a prostate tumor that involved the bladder as well. In short, he's taken good care of my urological needs over the years. His new office staff is very helpful. If they can't answer the phone, I get a call back within 30 minutes.

But today I give up and I'm looking for another internist. I'm having surgery tomorrow at 7am and had my pre-op blood work and EKG done with Dr. Florescu 8 days ago. I was assured that results would be back by that Weds. and would be FAX'd to my surgeon no later than Friday as I had pre-op app't with my surgeon the following Monday. Surgeon never rec'd reports at close of day Friday even though the surgeon's nurse and I had both been calling Dr. Florescu's office since Thursday to have the results sent over. It's an hour before my app't with the surgeon and still no FAX with results from Dr. Florescu. Nurse and I calling frantically. No results FAX'd. I'm now at the surgeon's office and still waiting. I'm then told that my surgery may have to be postponed. I'm having the surgery done 2 hours away from home and it took a lot of planning to get time off work and to arrange help at home after the surgery. What is the problem? How hard is it to FAX?! Having surgery is stressful enough. It's crazy to be stressed out over something as simple as having your test results FAX'd to another doctor. I'm through with this. It's much too frustrating. Too bad, because Dr. Florescu, himself, is very good. My advise: until Dr. Florescu realizes his support staff is so poor - he will continue to lose pts. My husband is also moving to another Internist.

Poor follow up from his surgery center. Had poor medical reasoning post hospitalization needed due to hematoma and cellulitis. He even had the audacity to challenge the need for antibiotics when I was in the hospital. He does not have hospital privileges. In fact when the ER doctor called him, dr mctammany ignored my dropping hemoglobin and dr mctammany told the ER doctor that I should go home. I tried to call dr mctammany but the answering wervice would not let me talk with him since I was in the ER. I wanted to know what dr mctammany medical process would be and why he wanted me to not be admitted to the hospital. I knew I felt terrible, pain, no energy so I requested to stay in hospital. I did end up receiving 2 units of blood. Cellulitis became full blown. Needed IV antibiotic s. Was in hospital for 5 days! Had an exemplary experience many years ago but clinical services are much declined.

I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.
