I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.

Dr Adeoshun did not even physically examine my neck or even look at it. She never came within 6 feet of me and just sat behind her fancy desk through the whole visit. I have no idea who's bloodwork she was reading but it wasn't mine cause she told be my B12 is twice as high as it should be but the day before my primary pc and I both went over my bloodwood together and my B12 is perfect. Dr Adeoshun also said any symptoms I'm having can't be thyroid related. How would she know? She never even gave me a chance to tell her my symptoms. if I could have given negative stars I would have. Worse "Doctor" I've ever been to.

Called ahead to make sure they could care for our 4 year old son after explaining our situation. He…read morehad a bad cut on his finger tip and needed X-rays, wound care + stitches. From the beginning, care was very unprofessional. The nurse(?) asked if he needed stitches (as if we would know) and made my husband and I hold the water bowl and our screaming toddler's hand in a bowl to soak while she left the room. The water dripped all out and we couldn't even get his wound efficiently cleaned. When she was explaining the process of stitches to us, she looked at my husband and said "you look strong, you'll have to really use your force and hold him down" and told me because I'm pregnant I wouldn't be able to help at all. The whole process sounded horrifying and was handled very unprofessionally. After having X-rays and being there an hour, the doctor comes in and says "so, do we have a cut?"..... after we've been there for an hour being assessed because of a cut that won't stop bleeding... YES we have a cut? Anyways, they referred us to Nemours hospital in Orlando and ultimately we wasted our time coming here first. They took 3 xray photos, and only provided us with 1 so we had to redo X-rays as the hospital. So thankful we did not let them perform the stitches, it would have been terrible! This wasnt the 1st time I have been to the health 1st urgent care on Malabar but this is the only…read moretime I had terrible experience. The MA was 1 condescending and rude but she also walked out of the room and I could hear her talking bad about me and joking with someone about me outside my room. Obviously if I could hear her so could other people, nice HIPPA violation. The ARNP Lindsey comes in very quick and doesnt even speak 2 me barely, just walks in says maybe 10 words then leaves. Neither of these women should be taking care of people.
