I also felt compelled to express my feelings in a review of their business to warn other customers of them not answering the phone during business hours issue I was having with them. After completing the review the "Doctor" called my personal phone number from a Denver area code. (I wouldn't have answered if I wasn't originally from that area and thought it was a friend or relative I had lost the number of.). When I expressed to him I didn't care to speak about the review I promptly ended the phone call. Only to have him text me from the same number with an uncalled for comment. I promptly blocked the number. Immediately after I received a call from another phone number this time with a Brevard county area code. I answered only to find out it was the same person that had called before that I had blocked because of the above mentioned text message. He immediately started shouting I again terminated the phone call. He again texted me from the Brevard number with another uncalled for comment. Unprofessional is the first word that came to mind. My second thought was is this activity criminal? I just want to make people aware of the way this particular practice has treated me. When reading this review ask yourself; do I really want to go to a place of business that would treat anyone like this for any reason?

I always accompany my husband to his appointments, and Dr. Zabinski takes a moment to ask how I'm doing as well. That kind of personal care and attention is rare and very much appreciated. It's important to note that Dr. Zabinski recently changed offices and now has a wonderful staff who are professional, kind, and efficient. The new office runs smoothly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the older reviews still reflect issues from his previous office staff, which no longer applies. He takes the time to explain procedures and, unusually for specialists in any field, I find that he considers my overall health concerns in making his recommendations. I have a tendency to kidney stones, and he monitors those closely for me. When they get too large to pass safely, he proactively suggests treatment before they start their excruciating passage from the kidney. I have also relied on him to surgically remove a prostate tumor that involved the bladder as well. In short, he's taken good care of my urological needs over the years. His new office staff is very helpful. If they can't answer the phone, I get a call back within 30 minutes.
