Dr. Shah is an excellent dentist that is mindful of her patients' time and works quickly but carefully. She is also friendly and approachable to the point that I can ask her questions throughout the process and she is happy to explain. This can be a rare trait to find and is really appreciated. I can just tell she treats her staff well seeing how they interact and work together. Jill and Gabbie are friendly and professional hygienists that do a great job assisting Dr. Shah. It's extremely important that pregnant women get routine cleanings during their pregnancy as they are at increased risk of gum disease. Dr Lee chooses to go against all major guidelines and enforce his own policy denying pregnant women important dental care that they need. I find this to be a red flag, if he's uncomfortable doing a basic cleaning for someone who's pregnant, I wonder if he is truly confident in his skills as a dentist overall.

Avoid this dental practice at all costs! While their dental services are ok (this is why they get…read moreone star), they will add all the unnecessary services on top (without any reasonable explanation) which will max out your insurance before they get to the real dental problem. Our son was treated there on/off for about 1.5 years, and we constantly had to argue with them (while in the office) to make sure they are not adding extra services (that were not previously discussed). Also, each time they would confirm that we will not pay anything out of pocket. Now after 2 years, I receive a bill, stating insurance did not fully cover some of the fillings. When questioned, their answer was, it was maxed out and just casually apologized for sending the bill two years later. Seriously? Never again.
