That being said, the staff is always welcoming and friendly. I bring my older son, Avery, every other week because of the convenience and value. For the price, they do a good job, and I always recommend tipping the stylists for their hard work. If I were to give 3 stars, it would only be because occasionally you might notice a small uneven spot or a line that isn't perfectly blended. Nothing major or worth complaining about. I understand that this is a corporate-run business serving a high volume of customers, not a small independently owned shop that can spend much more time on each haircut. Her style of small layers are clumps of cuts that does not make the hair lay like she said. It was all about speed (Tax with a pair of scissors) and not about quality. She needs to go back to school and get more knowledge...if she even went in the first place. Then she cut my husband's hair and left a near bold spot over 2" sq area. Everyone else, including the manager & the area manager don't care about your business or getting it right. They think you wanting to good accurate cut is asking too much. Well, when your people can't cut a straight line & there is only one gal who can & will handle it, that's a bit of a problem. Great clips just lost a customer, who was willing to pay 2x a month for a fresh trim(bcz of the cut). I can imagine the stylist might be sad to know they just cost her a customer. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received today, when it was their fault. SHAME ON YOU TODD & AUDREY. Nice to know the level of customer service is you offer.
