I had a history done on me and I told them about my coughing issues. I was given quick swabs and it was explained to me what they were testing for. Again, my wait time was not long and I was seen by Dr. Elina Kerzuma. She was really very nice and patient with me. I told her about my issues and concerns. She walked me though what was going on with me. She gave me options about issues that I had. I was given a chest x-ray. It was determined that I was in the early stages of Bronchitis! I work in a middle school and lot of my colleagues were going through this exact issue. She immediately gave me the medication that I needed to work on my illness. She already had my medication sent to Target. I was encouraged to come back if I was not feeling well. I appreciate the fact that my experience wasn't rushed or I wasn't feeling ignored. The male nurses that were there doing my cultures and background information were efficient and respectful. I honestly felt comfortable. I've been going to this location for a while, first for COVID testing, then for the odd "I need…read morecare right away" visit. Since they started doing all their check-in online, I've had a worse time. I went in on a Sunday morning with major leg pain, and because I hadn't scheduled an appointment (the first appointment was about an hour after I would have gotten there, and I didn't want to take a chance of waiting for a long time), I had to do a check-in entirely on my phone. They should have had me in their system, but I had to submit everything as if I was a first-time patient. We're talking 8-10 on the pain scale, and I'm trying to take a readable picture of my insurance card. If I didn't do that, I would have had to shell out $225 via the phone and hope I got reimbursed, even though there was an "option" to go to the receptionist (who was 15 feet away) to set that up. AND when you're done, they have the gall to ask "thumbs up or thumbs down" and you can't skip that step. That day, the front desk seemed very rude, or at least aloof, but again, I was in a LOT of pain - I wasn't paying that much attention. The doctor and staff were amazing - no notes there! If you can, book a time! Get all that paperwork out of the way ahead of time so that you're not sitting there crying because you can't get everything done on a tiny screen...

She put the stethoscope to my lungs and said I had an upper respiratory infection. I go pick up the one prescription she wrote for me, I go back home and I started feeling even worse the next day-until Monday where I really felt like I was about to pass out . I went to the hospitals emergency room told the the same thing I had pain in my chest while coughing along with other symptoms, after a long wait they told me that I had pneumonia and I did the right thing coming to them....youre taking a chance going to urgent care. I definitely won't be trusting them with my life completely. The doctors don't really take you seriously, but at least the front desk is super nice, the doctors aren't disrespectful (except for the one time I had a rude male dr) but they definitely don't take you seriously or don't seem to know what they're doing AT ALL.
