This physician drags down what I would, and have, said before this experience is a good ER, but a hospital system which tolerates this "service" is not entitled to praise and should be avoided. My advice is that, if there is time, choose a hospital which staffs its ER to treat patients with a modicum of respect, a lesson this doctor and hospital have yet to learn.

I have to say that to say though that there were a lot of "patients" who were exhibiting little to no patience. I witnessed the staff treating these patients with the same respect and dignity that was afforded me. So when you read any review consider the source of the posting as they could be one of those disgruntled patients without patience.
