I had a procedure done, they verified my cost after insurance. I paid in full the day of, completed the procedure and was dont call us we will call you in 3 months to come back in for a checkup. Odd, but ok...... 3 Months go by, then 4, so I call them. Transfered to schedulder left a voicemail, no response. A week later rinse and repeat and guess what, same thing, NO RESPONSE. Another month goes by and my dentist is calling me to come in and complete my procedure and I tell them I would love to by Alamat wont return my calls and the scheduler has to set up my final Alamat appt to get the go ahead for the dentist. The dentist calls them and oh lawd they finally call me. Not the scheduler of course. The poor girl at the reception desk that probably just got laid into by my dentist's office. Flash forward another 2 months. I get an email from them stating that I owe them $300 more dollars and somehow I paid them money a week before the follow up appt that i hadnt even been able to schedule. Go to billing history, see that there is nothing in there system showing how I owe them any money. Call them, they cant explain, and say they will have their biller call me. Yea ok, just like their scheduler called me. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go here. They scam you and force all information to the phone where you cannot get any documented evidence of what was said.

Here it is: I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office. I scheduled a tooth extraction after being told over the phone that my out-of-pocket cost would be $90 with insurance. Instead, I left with a $910 bill. The lack of financial transparency was extremely concerning. I was initially told that a bone graft would cost around $600, but during the procedure, that amount suddenly increased to $850--and I was required to pay immediately. What made the situation worse was the pressure I felt while still in the chair. The dentist pushed me to make an immediate decision between an implant or a bridge--both significant medical and financial choices that require time and proper explanation. I was also told that a bone graft was necessary right after the extraction, even though a bridge typically does not require one. When I questioned why these options and costs were not clearly explained beforehand, I was dismissively told, "We told you so," referring to information that had never been clearly communicated to me. At no point were the cost differences properly outlined. I also want to note that I never had any issues with the previous owner during my care, which makes this experience even more disappointing. At this point, I expect I may hear more explanations or even an apology, but that alone does not address the core issue of transparency and patient communication. Overall, I felt rushed, dismissed, and treated like just another number. Patients should never feel pressured into making major, permanent decisions on the spot. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values clear communication, transparency, and professional patient care.

I can't express enough how lucky I feel to have found this practice. 3 years ago my daughter had a tooth pulled with "zero pain". Last month I had my first cavity filled in 20 years. Wow, Dr Walby and his assistant whipped through that thing so quickly and seamlessly I wish I could have videoed it. Zero pain or discomfort. All done in about 20 minutes. I was waiting for there to be pain once my numbness wore off, but nope. In the past, I've had to go back to other dentists for them to correct the bite, but he did it perfectly right out of the gate. We're all impressed.

She checked my mouth briefly and sent a request for approval from my insurance company. Since seeing her I went to two other dentists and found out a denture would not hold for 5 minutes in my mouth because I have so much bone loss there is nothing for a denture to hold onto. I have to have a bone graft before a denture would stay in my mouth. Chalasini said nothing about this, received approval from my insurance company, and if I hadn't had two other opinions would have gone ahead, losing over half my annual dental insurance "budget", and the denture would be sitting in a drawer somewhere, certainly not in my mouth. Check to see her overbilling and find another dentist for even the most basic things. Thankfully I sensed something was wrong with this office, and I was right. This office is a nightmare. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed in one go, and it could not have gone better imo. I basically had no pain afterwards, but made sure to follow their care instructions they had provided. The consultation is the tough part, they're usually booked up, but once you get through that, they have plenty of dates for the actual surgery. The entire staff was very sweet, and got things done pretty quickly. I really appreciated two things - that they went through everything with you, and that they are very professional and do things quickly so you aren't stuck waiting too long. I really loved that during the consultation and after the surgery, they went over everything, so I wasn't worried at home. It's also super convenient that when you call, they have an extension just for pre- and post-op questions. I left a message once and they got back to me within a few hours. Cannot recommend them enough, can't explain what a relief it was to have such a phenomenal experience!
