In my opinion, they are not honest at all…read more -The estimator that came to my home is named Chev -He wouldn't provide a high level estimate of the job on the phone, despite my explanation of exactly what was needed -After agreeing to a walk-thru, he wound up arriving 20 minutes late -He wouldn't provide an estimate after seeing the home, insisting he needed to send the "job details" to the "office" first -When I asked what details he was sending, he included things I didn't ask for (like wiping walls) -He wanted to charge for a "deep clean" and to get the home "rental ready" even though I told him I didn't want or need a deep clean -- and that other contractors were coming before renters, so that also wasn't needed -He claimed a deep clean is needed in order to clean "the corners" of rooms -After all of the above, the "office" wouldn't send their quote
