One of the guys gave me his phone number and said the best way to contact him was through text. I texted him twice to try to have them complete the service and didn't hear back. I called the office last week bc we still had ants and explained the situation. She said the same warranty expired the week before but she would call the operations manager and explain the situation and that I should have good news. She called back and left a message saying they wouldn't come back and complete the job because the warranty expired even though they didn't come out when they said they would and I reached out to them the way they asked me too. Completely horrible service all around. Paid over $500 for this company to completely disappoint.

They were busy but were able to get to us about five days later. We dropped about $200 on the treatment. Most of the treatment was applied outside of the house. It was guaranteed to work for up to 60 days. I held off on submitting this review until I could confirm the problem was permanently solved. It was. The treatment was about six months ago.
