The first time it exercised it was fine. The second time it gave me a fuel fault and after restating it with the help of Generac I had a larger gas meter installed. A week later a girl from the company called me and said she had no idea when they could get out here to fix the problem ! I have called a new service company. They will be out on the 6th of this month to repair the issue and take over servicing my unit. This company is USELESS after the sale.
