Next time we'll go out of our way to avoid the office staff here who acted like we were interrupting their wonderful morning of sitting and staring at computer screens. I have over 25 years in customer service & am not the easiest to please but I found everyone, especially Dr. Labotka & her assistant. I was extremely comfortable with everyone even the phlebotomist & I have such a fear of needles that I can pass out when giving blood (they had another woman hold my hand, talk to me to distract me & it worked!). Also Dr. Labotka's assistant (sorry I forgot your name) was warm, funny & is the best person that has ever given me a shot. They didn't explain to me at all why my request was continuously denied, these are women btw, you would think they would have a bit more of an understanding when it comes to pregnancy losses, and pregnant women with autoimmune diseases. Anyways, they lost three patients today. This is honestly the very first issue I have had over here so it's really disappointing. I have no issues with the doctors I have seen, ( Dr Pollard and Dr Jones-Moon, who actually did tell me two different things in the situation) but their female nurses and office manager both have awful bedside manner considering their professions. I and my mother spoke to these women today, and they are super caddy and unprofessional. It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone and the location was also easy to find. I ended up getting a hydrafacial from Alice who was very sweet and knowledgable. It was my first time getting the procedure so I asked a ton of questions which she patiently answered. She explained what she was doing through every step of the process and made sure I wasn't in pain or uncomfortable the entire time. The entire procedure took a little under an hour and the coolest part was at the end when she showed me all the junk that had been extracted from my face! I had a couple of other skin concerns which I asked Alice about afterwards. She gave me an assessment, recommended that I see another specialist and then hooked me up with a ton of skincare samples that might help. She also gave me her number and told me to call anytime if I had questions about any of the skincare products or after-care procedure.
