This office is absolutely amazing! All of their staff are incredibly helpful and fully supportive!…read moreCatherine Kuntz helped me figure out some details of my policy, she was so kind, she listened to me spew my chaos situation, and was more then willing to help. In the end, she gave me additional details and made me feel heard. She was very sympathetic to my situation. I would recommend this office 100% and if you need anything, you can reach out to Catherine Kuntz at Russ Wimmers office off of Barnett Rd!

Other than my recent 18 1/2% increase on home owners policy, and 24 1/2% increase on auto policy…read morewithout any claims or tickets, I've had car insurance for the last 45 years. I'm used to 5-6% increases and a friendly relationship with my agent. The friendliness is gone, and now it's just money, and no matter the amount, it is never enough. I forgot to include this. "Like a Good Neighbor", State Farm is where?? In my case Michigan, while I live in Ashland, Oregon. First home owners claim (2023) going back to 1990, many companies. I got zero help from anyone except the receptionist at Russ Wimmer's office. The adjustor in Michigan answered the phone sometimes, and sometimes even returned my calls. I was lost, lost and lost. I put my faith and trust in Joanna Rufo of Swept Away and wound up paying over $11,000.00 while my deductible was $5,450.00? Didn't get a penny back in small claims court and didn't get much of an explanation from Russ Wimmer. Why am I still with State Farm?

My parents had a pipe break in their house last night about 9:30pm. We called the home insurance…read morecompany this morning and Base One was the contracted company selected by the insurance company to contact us. Greg called us in about an hour from when we hung up with the insurance company and said he was on the way to our location. Greg came in and was willing to listen to what we had done so far and asked questions. He was concerned about keeping the house clean while he was here. After he determine what and where the issue was he quickly fixed the problem. He was very professional and was focused on getting the problem solved ASAP. Turns out that in order to access the broken pipe he had to cut into the wall. He did a great job on cleaning up the mess afterwards. The drywall repair is not part of the insurance package so he left a great rough patch for us to fill and paint. After the work was complete he was willing to share some things about the plumbing system in this house that could be potential problems in the future. This problem was known by us due to other neighbors having similar issues. He was not telling us this to create additional work for himself but as advice for the future. Thanks Greg for getting the water back on and running, the showers felt great and it was nice to be able to flush the toilets. Thanks Greg.

I've owned my home for about a year and have had many tradespeople in and out during that time…read more This is the first experience I've felt compelled to write a negative review about. Greg was assigned to my service request and did arrive on time. However, his overall demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional, especially for someone in a customer-facing role. Shortly after he arrived, my daughter experienced a sudden medical emergency--a seizure, her first ever. I was in the next room calling 911 while emergency responders arrived. It was an extremely stressful and urgent situation. I have no doubt he could hear me screaming her name and calling emergency services. About 10 paramedics came stomping down my short hallway. It was quite the commotion. Before leaving with my daughter in the ambulance, I briefly let Greg know he could continue the work if needed. His response was: "Make sure your dogs are locked up. I don't want to be bit." My dogs were locked up when he arrived and he knew that. Given the circumstances, this felt incredibly lacking in awareness and basic human empathy. I understand safety concerns, but the timing and delivery of that comment were inappropriate. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons and this guy shouldn't be entering any one's home.
