Josh Boggs with Exposed Homes was without a doubt the most knowledgeable and well connected realtor. He worked around the clock in assisting us find our first home. When putting in our offer he used his exceptional knowledge of the market and knew exactly what to say to get our offer accepted. We put in our offer on Friday for a home in a sought after neighborhood. It was everything we wanted on a corner .28 acre lot. We actually even offered under asking for the home!! By Saturday afternoon the seller had accepted our offer and cancelled 8 showings scheduled that day!! To say Josh Boggs is a miracle worker is an understatement. If you are reading this review, you have found the best realtor team in TEXAS. Josh and Norma exceeded all of our expectations. They found us our house when we first moved to San Antonio, and since we were not from the area they FaceTimed us multiple houses before we settled on the one we purchased. They were very honest and caring and we did not have to stress about anything. When it came time for us to relocate to North Dakota they put our house up for sale and the next day we accepted an offer 15K over our asking price. They were also able to get a lease back added into the deal since we wouldn't be relocating until after the closing date. Moving is a stressful time, but they literally made our lives so much easier. Exposed Homes has been there for us since day one. We were hesitant to follow Josh's instructions in the beginning, however with a little teaching we found out that he knows exactly what he is talking about. He showed us the homes that would fit our family, and when it came down to negotiating for that one perfect home, he knew exactly what to do. Josh and Norma are awesome to work with!!! They helped us with our first home buy; and sell 4 1/2 years later and got us top dollar for our first home. We could not of done it without them! By following his advice on how to stage our home, and what to fix, we had 8 offers the first day it listed, one of which was over asking price.
