Well last night I flossed like I always do and the filling came out. Now that side of my mouth hurts and I tell that to the receptionist and she said he won't be available til Monday. I ask will it be covered and she said since they have to do it over I would have to pay again. I explained to her about the sensitivity, and how I have other fillings from other dentist & it never fell, this isn't on me so why would I have to pay again. Here I am, 2 and some years later, I'm about to take these braces off. Devereux is always welcoming and funny, but my main orthodontist was Dr. Nguyen. He was always happy to see me! Actually, the entire staff were always friendly and happy, which is great. They make everything so much easier, and they tell you what they're going to do before they do it. The office is really bright with lots of colors (they have a beach theme). Never had to wait longer than say, 15 minutes. P.S. They have orthobucks! You get some every visit (and for every other thing you do, like keeping your teeth clean or wearing their T shirt) and you get to buy whatever is at the store... or you can throw them in for a drawing for a cruise or currently, the iPad.
