Even though he was very nice friendly and kind I would say at the end of the professional client relationship it left a bad taste in my mouth. I went looking for some other treatment that would help me further in my health as it has become medicine resistant to me. I just was not feeling myself at all I have become very self aware of that. Again I say this respectfully, I think there was a miscommunication or understanding. I had went into a newer higher role with struggles of focus and completing things. I originally was given the one treatment which I was quickly taken off due to side effects. But I was asked at my new provider I was trying to get the more invasive treatment if I wanted to try the prior failed treatment again and I did. But I waited out and those symptoms went away quickly I saw improvement in my job skills so I continued to stay on it. I guess there was miscommunication and he saw I was on that new treatment and accused me of doctor shopping. When ive never had ill intention or intent on doctor shopping i was desperately looking for stability and when I was truly looking for relief. My new provider I've found it after 6 months with TMS and other support as they took over eveything after that conversation and he hung up on me after saying all those not so professional accusations. It was a little hurtful especially knowing I was seeing him since 2021 and to hear false accusations such as doctor shopping when all I was trying to do was advocate for myself ontop of it. Never intended for anything bad wasnt doctor shopping or anything. But I only wish the best and there are no hurt feelings. But im finally in a place where I need to let people be aware of this and this experience.

I really loved my nurse practitioner. She's still there but what was always a busy practice turned into a factory assembly line. The doctors orders don't have any follow through. For example- nurse practitioner says to get a test and return in a month. Front desk at check out says they can't get me in for 6 months. Oh well. Mention it to the nurse practitioner and I get an " I am sorry and I know." Very unacceptable and tough conditions or people who work there. I found someone at Banner who looks at the portal and at least makes things happen. Bye bye Copperstate.

She was part of the care team for 2 out of 3 of my high-risk pregnancies while we were stationed in Tucson (my kids are now 4 and 8), and I followed her from Desert Bloom OB/GYN to Copperstate because I trusted her deeply. Unfortunately, that trust did not extend to the Copperstate front desk. I began calling in March 2024 trying to schedule an appointment, and continued doing so through January 2025, but was repeatedly told, "We're not scheduling yet -- we're merging with TMC, call back next month." Every single time, I was given the runaround, despite the fact that I was an established patient in good standing. I tried for nearly a year, only to be brushed off again and again. It felt like I didn't matter to the administrative team at all. Eventually, I gave up and switched to a new GYN elsewhere in Tucson. It's incredibly disappointing that an office I trusted with my health could be so dismissive and disorganized. This one-star review is solely for the front office and management -- not for Taber, who I am sure remains an amazing provider and someone I'll always be grateful for. But no patient -- especially someone already established -- should be treated this way. You can't build trust if you can't even return calls or book appointments.

I have gone to other hospitals in the area before without the level of care that I have consistently received at TMC. I went in because a cyst had ruptured behind my knee and I was unable to put weight on that leg. Various tests were done. Then, while we waited for reports, I passed out. We were seated in a hallway, and my husband tried to revive me. He couldn't leave me, for fear I would fall out of my chair. Thankfully, a nurse soon came up; she tried to revive me, and when I did not respond, she moved quickly to get me into a room. No heart attack, but an artery had flattened, and my BP was extremely low. Dr. Joshua Paree was there, and my husband was very impressed with him. He moved quickly, knew exactly what he needed to do and did it. I began to come around while they were working to stabilize me. I received the excellent care I have come to associate with TMC, and I am very grateful. So many nurses, but I remember names of only two: Jenny and Miguel. But all of them were so efficient and so kind.
