To start off I would give zero stars if that were an option. I chose Jott 59 despite the higher prices compared to other places in College Station because I had heard their quality was exceptional. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was told my dress would be ready on Friday. When I arrived to pick it up, it hadn't even been cleaned. I was then told it would be ready in three hours. It wasn't. I was asked to come back Monday. Due to a packed schedule, I returned Tuesday--only to be told it still wasn't ready. This was especially frustrating because I was leaving College Station for the summer the very next day. When I explained that I had already been given multiple pickup times, the employee raised his voice at me in front of other customers and told me to "just let him do his job." Despite saying it wasn't ready, he then brought the dress out anyway, set it down, and said nothing further. I paid a premium price for a service I didn't receive, along with extremely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. If you value your time, money, and being treated with basic respect, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

They do a good job cleaning but their hours are strange and always changing. They will close early randomly and be closed 3-4 days straight making it difficult to pick your items up. read more

needed my clothes for graduation pictures in the next three days. Took not only mine but literally my whole families clothes to get dry cleaned, and I feel that they are very expensive. Got told that they'd be ready on the day that I needed them went to pick them up and was told that I'd have to come back later on in the afternoon so I did everything was done except that they messed up and had to wash one of my shirts, so I left with the wet shirt because I couldn't wait till the next day. would not recommend and will not be returning. Apparently they only care about getting the core uniforms done even though they are not their only customers. read more

I parked in the parking lot, went to go next door to get glasses and new contacts at Stanton within 10 mins they had my car towed... little did they know I was going to bring them some jeans and uniforms but not anymore... absolutely ridiculous!! I have used these cleaners a few times for dress shirts, slacks, and sport coats. I have always had great customer service at the door and text messages on day of pick up. 4/5 stars because it's pretty pricey compared to prices in Houston, but I'm sure they charge for lack of quality competition. I have also never had issues with damages after using these cleaners for my past 3 years of college. Only other comment is the turn around time is pretty slow, right around 4-5 business days but they have never been late on a quoted time. I imagine if I gave them a deadline, that they would meet it to retain my business. read more

I asked them if they could get ink stains out of my pants. They seemed confident that they could. I paid them and picked up my clothes. My pants still had the ink stains but they had been laundered and starched. WHY? Obviously the pants were ruined if the stains were permanent. Why not just say "They can't be saved." instead of charging me to launder and starch them? read more

I'm in the corps of cadets and they never disappoint with my uniforms!! I've been going here for over a year and they always do a great job. Our uniform pants usually have black stains towards the bottom due to the shoe shiner from the low quarters and the stains have come out every time! They have also worked with me when I needed a certain uniform early the next day; they have saved me a couple of times. I chose to go here versus the place across from campus because the prices were cheaper and they actually have good service. Wife and husband are so hard working and it really shows. They have specials on Facebook and offer pick up and delivery services on campus which is great. read more

I get things dry cleaned fairly often. I've been here before and the first time went fine, although it was fairly overpriced. I take my clothes a second time and one of my jerseys gets completely messed up. The company claims to have "followed instructions," but that would have happened if the proper steps were followed. To add to that, I was not refunded for the damages and was told to "return the product," in which I bought over two years ago. read more
