I was then told it would be ready in three hours. It wasn't. I was asked to come back Monday. Due to a packed schedule, I returned Tuesday--only to be told it still wasn't ready. This was especially frustrating because I was leaving College Station for the summer the very next day. When I explained that I had already been given multiple pickup times, the employee raised his voice at me in front of other customers and told me to "just let him do his job." Linda, the manager, was not particularly helpful. I was also surprised that she has not mastered the proper "customer is always right" etiquette -- especially when they were actually in the wrong. Take your business elsewhere. The pricing isn't competitive and the customer service is poor. I'd prefer to pay the same amount and have someone treat me with respect. Overall: Not worth the hassle
