The next thing I know, they returned my call but I was busy at work so did not pick up. They ended up cancel both my Wednesday and Friday appointment because "I did not respond their call within one hour." I have been seeing PT at this place for 20+ times and this is how they treat their returning patients. I called numourous times but no one picked up the phone. They have bad customer service and do not treat their patients properly Edit: the employee contacted me and ensure me similar situations will not happen again. Not the Best Experience…read more I understand many businesses are often busy and understaffed, but that should never affect basic patient/customer courtesy and providing decent service. Pros: - Organized - Good upbeat music - Comfortable room temperature - Nice small play area for small kids - Sessions ends w/15 min ice or heat therapy rest Cons: - Highly internally social front desk area, neglectful to patients - No proactive follow-up regarding VM messages & call backs - Sometimes smells stuffy and sweaty with everyone The front desk area often feels like a social gathering, frat-party among the staff, leaving paying customers feeling like an afterthought. Communication and follow-up was disappointing. I left multiple VM messages and spoke with staff over the phone regarding important time-sensitive medical records I needed. Out of about seven attempts, I received only two callbacks, one a couple of days later, and the other several days later. In most cases, I had to repeatedly follow up myself and repeat the detailed messages I left. Suggestions for Management: - Hold the front desk and all staff accountable to provide welcoming and professional service to all patients/customers. - Set clear expectations for prompt follow-through service. - Maybe incentivize good behavior from your staff with Starbucks gift cards or something. - Make sure you have a trusted Office Manager to keep everyone on point. The clinic could benefit from a few simple additions, like a few plants, framed health tips, encouraging quotes or posters, updated magazines in the lobby area, and maybe an essential oil diffuser to keep the workout area smelling fresh and pleasant, especially considering how busy it gets. The QR codes and flyers that are displayed on the walls that encourage us to post reviews would look more professional if they were placed in simple frames, and the QR codes were placed in an easy-to-scan, non-high-traffic walkway area. Overall: Healthcare is about more than treatments and exercises. Studies show that positive interactions, genuine kindness, and feeling acknowledged can improve a patient's emotional well-being and overall healing experience. Something as simple as a smile, warm greeting, or thoughtful gesture, and a pleasant smell can truly make a meaningful difference to someone's mood and nervous system. This clinic has potential, but the overall patient experience needs a massive overhaul. The positive qualities, unfortunately, are overshadowed by poor and careless communication from the front desk area and some of the other PT staff on the floor. Sometimes it feels like no matter who I talk to there, I just feel like another number.

Dr Wong however, provided me a lot of information and ways to naturally improve my disc rather than throwing me into the surgery option which i greatly appreciate. When talking about the exercises i did prior to my disc, he knew exactly what caused it and told me which exercises to stop.

I am writing to express my outrage and deep frustration regarding the treatment I received from Dr…read more Wong's front office. I have a confirmed wrist fracture and urgently need an appointment with a valid referral from my PCP. When I called, Fendi, the receptionist, asked numerous routine questions--my date of birth, where I had my X-ray done, and other basic information. I answered every single question thoroughly and respectfully. Yet after all of that, she flatly refused to schedule me, without providing any legitimate reason. What is absolutely unacceptable is that she completely ignored my request to speak directly with Dr. Wong. Instead, she repeatedly told me to find another doctor because she "didn't like me." That statement is beyond unprofessional--it is outrageous. Since when does a receptionist get to deny a patient medical care based on personal feelings? On what authority does she make medical decisions on behalf of the doctor and override a legitimate referral? I am not calling for a casual consultation--I have a fracture. This is a serious medical issue that requires timely treatment. Because of her refusal, I had to contact my PCP's office again, only to be told that it will take another 1-2 weeks for insurance to approve a different specialist. That means unnecessary pain, delayed treatment, and potential complications--all because one front desk employee decided to let personal bias interfere with patient care. Fendi, if you are reading this, I sincerely hope you reflect on the consequences of your actions. Patients seeking treatment are often in pain and distress. To deny care without justification is not only disrespectful, it is irresponsible. Dr. Wong, I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately. There appears to be no way for patients to bypass the front desk to reach you directly, which makes this situation even more troubling. No patient should ever be denied medical attention because of a receptionist's personal opinion. Experiences like this explain why your office has received such poor reviews online. I am beyond angry. No one deserves to be treated this way when they are already suffering and in need of medical care.

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE that I interacted with was so kind. My mother was treated with dignity and respect by all the staff assigned to her case. I visited my mother every day and witnessed a wonderful team effort-Nurses, CNAs, LVNs, OTs, PTs, case managers, kitchen and custodial staff-everybody that I interacted with were helpful, patient, and did their jobs with a smile. Even staff not assigned to my mother's case would pop into her room and check on her. The Director of Admissions spoke with me several times and each time I felt confident that my mother was in the right place. I cannot state enough how happy I am with the care that my mother received, the expertise with which it was given, and the wonderful attitudes displayed by everyone. The facility itself is quite clean, and there is ample parking provided you visit after 3:30 (when staff start departing). There is a large physical therapy room that is fully staffed and equipped. Residents have the opportunity to participate in daily group activities (which my mother did). Dietary requests are also given consideration. Communication between the staff and me was excellent. I was kept informed more than adequately. When it came to discharge my mom I was so relieved that many after treatment details-prescriptions, follow up appointment, arranging of home health care-were handled for me. My mother is very happy with how she was treated by everyone here and I am so glad that Canyon Springs was our choice.

Trust Doctor Stidham, he is really a very good doctor, very good surgeon. The reason I firmly and…read moresurely that he is one of the best because I just had hand surgery 2 months ago from him, and I wait for 2 months to be sure that my hand gains all the functions and perform normally. First off, I am medical school student so I know how hard and complicate hand surgery is due to complex and sophisticate moves of your hand. So I was doubt and bit worried choosing orthopedic surgeon. And now my result is amazing! Second, I observed doctor Stidham at the surgery center before my surgery. Everyone (nurses, doctors, med. assistants) in the pre-op room knows him and greet him very friendly. He must be a good person first so that everyone will treat him that closely and friendly, second he must be a good surgeon so that those doctors gave him that respect. I read lots of reviews about the office where doctor Stidham is working at before calling to make my first appointment. There are a few reviews that really made me worried. But now, after seeing doctor Stidham and had surgery done by him, I guarantee that doctor is the person to trust. Doctor Stidham told me that I will gain about 80% of my hand function after the surgery, and I wait 2 months to check, and now I can say my hand gains way more than 80%. So happy that I made the right decision.
