Notably, they do not use complex medical terms because they take the time to explain/for you to understand. During the exam, they could tell what symptoms I was experiencing due to the misalignments I had (without me verbally stating them). After correcting my subluxations, my symptoms were relieved. When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business.
