This was my first visit to the store and one of the associates, Charlie, showed me around and explained a lot of the different bag designs and features. He was ever so helpful. I told him about one of my zippers having a snag and he told me to bring it into the store and they'll send it off for repair. If you're in the market for a well made bag, messenger, purse, or luggage, you must check out Tumi. It might cost a little more than some other brands, but the quality is there, trust me. Also, most bags have the tracer ID number on the bags and if you lose the bag, whoever finds it is able to report it to Tumi and reunite you with your lost bag! If that's not cool I don't know what is!

He was very knowledgable of the various regulations and accessed my travel needs and made several recommendations. He was patient and thorough in showing me various options. They also personalized my luggage within 5 minutes. Though TUMI is pricey, you get what you pay for and the quality is unmatched. In my case the personnel service was equal to the excellent product.

I don't think people praise enough when it comes to retail associates and this is why I'm writing this review. It's a brand new year and I think people need to accept what is and if not change their attitude because if they continue on a path of destructiveness or, a constant poking at someone eventually someone is going to get upset. Yesterday, my husband and I were waiting in line as I stated in my above paragraph and normally I don't write a review but my husband and I decided that we need to speak up. The store was not busy yesterday and we love shopping here and we do quite a bit. In fact, I think my husband chops here more than I do but that's neither here nor there Yesterday we were in line, and there was about seven of us in line, and this guy was being very aggressive to two women that were standing at the end close to the door. he was slamming them because he wanted to return furniture and was told he can return it at any store. The first woman who looked like a manager said to him "I'm sorry we just don't have the space to hold your furniture you'll have to go back to the store you purchased it" he was not having that, and he became very aggressive, and very nasty with both women. The one woman walked away, but she was very calm, Cool and collected as was the other girl. I get it can't find enough help and with the weather, you can't get enough help to come into work. But I have to praise both women because they handled themselves with class and respecting one another, and they stood their ground with a calm and collected manner. The associate would not tell me the managers name rightfully so it's really none of my business but I did get the other girls name. It started with a J that's all I could remember but I will continue to shop here, but what I didn't like was this guy's behavior thinking that he can come into a store any store and dominate not only a conversation but he was or shall I say my husband said his behavior was inexcusable.
