What an experience!! I did the Sonoran Stroll with Brandon and had a great time... loved every part of this trip! Brandon was such a good guide -- super friendly, obviously really knowledgable, incredibly patient and encouraging, I felt safe the entire time. He adjusted the ride to my level and was kind enough to snap some photos and videos for me. The views... Even a few days later I'm closing my eyes and seeing them! All I can say is WOW. Everything from the sunset to the cacti to the general and elevated horizon views. Bikes were pretty cool too. It was my first time on an e-bike and it definitely made the experience easier and more enjoyable. Easy to get used to and use, and Brandon tells you exactly what you need to do when so no worries about figuring it out on your own/doing something wrong. Unlike others, I don't have a review on the E-bike side of things but rather on the customer service and sales side - especially from Trace. We had an issue with our old bike rack and I walked into the store to see if they sold racks. Trace was beyond helpful and walked me through the different options and some of the features of each. He explained to me his distributor was in Denver and he would get my order in ASAP so I could have my product before I left town. The product arrived (quickly over a holiday period) and Trace and his business partner took the time to install the unit on my vehicle and showed me the features of the product. I could not be more happy with the service and courtesy they showed. Trace went above and beyond. I would recommend this shop and Trace for anything and everything bike related. read more

My husband & I are seniors & were looking for a fun outdoor activity. We found the electric bike desert tour & thought it would be a unique experience. We selected the 5pm tour. When we arrived we were the only two on the tour but as we talked with Brandon (the tour guide) we decided it was much more of an "off road" bike experience than we were probably capable of doing. We decided not to go & Brandon couldn't have been nicer about it even tho it left him with no tour that evening. Our Scenic Sonoran tour was exactly what we were looking for! Brandon was professional, organized, and very knowledgeable about the area. His bikes are high quality and well maintained. Brandon kept us hydrated and entertained the whole ride and we were shocked how quickly the 2 hours flew by. I was also especially impressed with Brandon's attention to details. I am not nearly as experienced as my husband and Brandon made sure I never got in over my head on more challenging parts of the trail while still making it fun for my husband. The ride was completely incredible it was much more than just a ride in the desert Jesse made sure to take the time to stop and explain about the desert environment including the Flora and the wildlife. Our sunset tour with Brandon was a memory for a lifetime! Registering was smooth. super fun, perfect for group with different motivations (if you want to chill, the ebikes can do most of the work; if you want to get a leg day work out, you can set it to less assist). The Sonoran Desert is gorgoeous and the trail is just enough off-roading to make it exciting. Highly recommend. Jesse is also great at sharing a little of the local history, plants,... Our tour guide Jesse was fantastic! Our family loved learning about the Sonoran Desert history, wildlife, and cacti-- and we had an amazing introduction into E-bike riding. Brandon was an amazing tour guide. This was my family's first time riding electric bikes. He made sure we understood everything. He also made sure the bikes and helmets were clean, which is a big plus because of covid. The tour was beautiful! Brandon talked to us about the history of the area and made this trip fun!
