I said, "no", it's my first visit. The salesperson brought up a customer information page on his display (which I could see). The page was replete with many fields, to gather all of the information they could get from me on my first visit to the store. I asked "can we skip this?" The salesperson said "no", we need this information for warranty. For lawn mower spark plugs ?
