While they were being retrieved, I prepared cash for a quick transaction. The spark plugs were quickly retrieved, which was nice. The salesperson asked if it was my first visit to their store. I said, "no", it's my first visit. The salesperson brought up a customer information page on his display (which I could see). The page was replete with many fields, to gather all of the information they could get from me on my first visit to the store. I asked "can we skip this?" The salesperson said "no", we need this information for warranty. For lawn mower spark plugs ? Not wanting to spend the time or give out my personal information for a cash transaction of lawn mower spark plugs, I walked out of the store, and drove to the auto parts store down the road.

When I pulled up I had a hard time finding anywhere to park because the lot was so crowded, but it was no big deal at first. I went in and told a man about the appointment I had made (2 days in advance mind you) and he told me with an attitude that it would be at least a few hours because they had no room in the garage. I said okay, thinking I really didn't have time because of work but whatever (hence making an appointment). Now I usually am pretty understanding but this is where it got ridiculous. The woman behind me in line (she also parked directly behind my car so I know I was there first) went to the desk and said she needed an oil change and something else done, no appointment. They took her keys no issue and one of the mechanics drove her car around. I was dumbfounded. Now maybe she was dropping the car off, but it didn't seem like it. It all felt incredibly wrong to me that she was taken care of no issue and I was met with a stupid look for questioning why I couldn't get in at my scheduled time. Beyond all of that, it took me about 10 minutes to leave because of cars parked behind me and having to slowly maneuver around a disorganized mess of cars. If you want friendly, organized service that sticks to their word, I would go somewhere else.

I brought my car in because the airbag light turns on after moving the passenger seat. They scanned…read morethe car, confirmed there was an airbag issue, but offered no real diagnosis or fix. They recommended replacing the battery, charged $150 for it, and wanted another $150 just to install it. I declined the install and later confirmed that replacing the battery did NOT fix the airbag issue, making the recommendation unnecessary. They also suggested the airbag issue might be a recall, which they could have easily verified using my VIN--but it was not a recall. I also asked them to look at a rear leak and was told to pull a drain plug and then referred to a body shop because they didn't know how to fix it. I paid $120 for diagnostics and walked away with no solutions. Unfortunately, this shop has gone downhill over the past few years, declining from a great place to one with weak diagnostics and questionable recommendations. Customers who aren't car‑savvy could easily overspend here. I won't be back.

I went into the store on February 12, and spoke to one of the service technicians regarding my…read morejeep. I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. Fortunately, this repair shop also does tire repair and replacement and alignment. Ps. The link they sent me in response to my review. Goes to a website for you to join their fleet program. No customer service anywhere in sight.

He also noticed the wheel bearing needed fixed and gave us a good deal to get everything done! I am so relieved to have my teenager driver driving a safe vehicle now! I highly recommend using them as your mechanic they are very honest and affordable.
