I was fortunate to find two pairs of shoes to purchase here, and that's a feat (feet, get it) for me as I have difficult feet anatomy with extremely high arches and wide luau feet (Hawaiian feet), but I managed to find not one, but two pairs of shoes for decent prices. This shoe store is HUGE and the word "warehouse" in the store name is pretty much accurate. It was so huge and large that they had rows and rows and aisle and aisles of shoes. They even had a clearance section where a total stranger was joking with me about the ugliest shoe she had ever seen, to which I would find one even uglier and present her with the offending winner. It was the most fun I've ever had in a shoe store. If you sign up, you can get discounts and also a guaranteed email-a-day on all the sales and clearances. I was going to unsubscribe as there is not a DSW store anywhere within 2,400 miles from me but they do sell online so I may check that out one day.

If you're a "shoe whore", then this store is for you. They have all sorts of shoes from sneakers, slippers, boots, heals, stilletos, etc. You name it, they've got it. I can spend all day here if I wanted to but today was not that day. My mission was black strappy specific. I did spot a few pairs but I have such wide feet I had to settle with just one. The ones I tried on were cute but they pinched my toes. There's no way I can dance or walk in them. So I ended up getting a pair of Jessica Simpson super patent strappy heels. The arch is perfect---not super high but not too kitten heeled either. I just wanted something that will give me a little height. But the way the strap rests above the metatarsals might cause me some pain after a couple of hours. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. My final decision was based on fashion... not comfort obviously. Other than that, I think DSW has a good selection of shoes to suit every shoe lover's dream. And don't forget to check out the clearance section. You get an additional discount based on the color ticketed item. You can save anywhere from 10% all the way up to 60% off. I should have just left it on the counter, but at that point you've already paid. This place is probably fine if you're looking to rent a suit or tuxedo, but if it's going to be part of your wardrobe, skip it.

Being catered to and treated as if I mattered to their business, like every customer I witnessed was as well, made me appreciate, buy without hesitation and desire to return because of the value added service I received from Watch Station's 5-star staff! Carlos, ASM, Carlos, SM, and the support staff Anna, and Christina were team sellers and focused on the customers and their experience. Each person was given that stellar service and attention that every consumer desires from its retailer's representatives and often doesn't. Not at Watch Station! The $49 customer is not differentiated from the $490 customer. Everyone mattered and were given the boutique, luxe treatment without fail. What elevated my experience most was the thriving, effervescent staff creating this atmosphere. Each person moved with purpose and didn't have tunnel vision with one guest no matter how needy. They were all moving with vigor and purpose as they navigated and assisted each guest. They were zoned strategical in their effectiveness with success. I don't see this much with retailers these days.
