Mohave showed up as requested (good!), addressed the issue (good), and charged us despite being under warranty (not good). After only a single open/close cycle, the issue returned. Mohave said they would have to charge (again) to repair the issue they had just checked out, despite their techs previously working on it. The techs and customer service side are pleasant, but it's unfortunate that ownership will not honor warranties done by the company they acquired. Worse still, they won't stand behind work their own team performed.

Take 10 days for the appointment & we drove 5 hrs for this appointment . They came and did not take any responsibility for what they install incorrectly- causing garage damage leaving us with a broken garage. They can help us fix the roading off the track but they refuse to help us. We need to fix and we have to find other technician but no one can do last last-minute job. End up we have a friend - we call FaceTime with a friend & my friend help us - show us how to fixed it...in 10 minutes it's fixed by myself. There is no sympathy for what is the best way to achieve their goals of this company with consumers. We are general contractor license - you can not hang over the customer like this case.
