I bought a $400 dress that ripped after two wearings. It was a summer dress and didn't realize it was ripped until I pulled it out to wear in summer 2024. I brought in and they told me too bad, too late??? It was over a year. Suggested I call the company myself. This wasn't some cheap dress. I though incorrectly that they would stand behind their merchandise. I have spent at least $ 5,000 between their Rye and Mt Kisco stores and expected to be treated like a valued customer. Did I expect a 400 credit? No. But at least something to recognize the dress was and defective and acknowledge my business. Some kind of credit. I will never shop here again. Be warned.

I have…read moreenjoyed years of shopping there as they provide terrific service, cheerful and helpful staff and an ever-increasing variety of clothing and accessories to choose from - all high quality at reasonable cost. My weakness is their range of sophisticated and durable flat shoes. I won't disclose the type or brands, because they sell out quickly. The best news is that Shoe's and More has a website so you can shop from home! They have initiated a "Shop at Home Concierge Program." I will definitely be taking part. I don't live locally to the store so having reliable sales persons and the managers has been a blessing as they notify me when new clothing and shoes will be in. In addition, they now offer in-store pick up, free local delivery and free shipping after a certain purchase limit. This is a great place to shop and shop local with 8 stores to choose from in Westchester, NY and Connecticut. I wish them well during this pandemic with better times to come.

I have been a customer at this establishment for about 30 years. In my estimation I have spent…read moreseveral thousands of dollars there over the years. I recently purchased a $400 jacket that became ruined within 3 wears through no fault of my own. There was a metallic coating on it that began to peel. When I wanted to return it the owner said that she might not take it back. She has been unpleasant at times over the years but this was new level. She said that I might have caused the stain. I told her it was on the back; how could I have spilled anything there. Even if I had, a good jacket should not start to disintegrate from spilling something on it. I expect clothes that I spend good money on to last. She was extremely concerned by not getting her wholesale price money back from the manufacturer . After the money I've spent over the years this was laughable. She accused me of threatening her which I was not doing. When she realized her mistake she did not apologize. Further, when I said that she "had to stand behind the products she sells" her angry response was that she did not. I felt like my loyalty was hurled in my face like a brick. She treated me like I was the enemy rather than a loyal, dissatisfied customer who she should work to maintain. Obviously she did not appreciate my decades of patronage. I will never shop there again; my clothing budget will now go elsewhere. Business is challenging these days. Customers should be appreciated and valued at the places they frequent.

I was looking for pants for my son in the kids section, started looking for styles and sizes. As I was checking a rack, this staff member stood beside me and started going through the same rack. Whenever I touched any, she will proceed to put it in place. I went to another rack to give her space but she followed me and did the same. I wasn't in any way leaving the rack messy. This staff member is just so insensitive, invading my space and very rude. I looked at her and she stared at me, not saying anything at all. I left the store because I just couldn't deal with her attitude.

I am so disappointed with the service at the store I don't think I'll ever go back. I ordered a jersey for my friends graduation and introduction to the bar. I ordered the jersey on Tuesday and they told me that they needed to order the letters and I could pick ho the jersey on Saturday. I ordered the replica jersey with the name on it and then I called back to see if I could customize the jersey they told me it was going to be an additional 30 dollars to customize it so I figured I would go with the cheaper option. When I went in today they told me that the place they ordered everything sent them the authentic jersey so I had to pay the more expensive price. I asked them how it was fair for me to pay the higher price for a jersey that I didn't want because they messed up. After 30 minutes they agreed and sold me the jersey at the price I was quoted. If that was the end of the story I wouldn't be writing this review because it's pretty consistent with what I have experienced before at this store (being quoted one price and when I come in they try to charge me more) However they then told me it was going to be a 30 dollar charge for them to put the name on the jersey! If they said that originally I would have gotten the thing customized!! All in all really just horrible customer service. At ten the door opens and one of the customers asked do we go straight to the register and give the size of the Yeezy you want and the employee named Jose said "oh no, do you have a raffle to get the Yeezy?"... no one on the line heard of this raffle business and everyone said no what raffle. the employee/ maybe manager Jose said we send them back if no one with a raffle clams them by Monday, just to keep them exclusive. one of the customers said he saw them putting some of the sneakers aside for their personal buy... not sure if that's true but something fishy is happening... everyone left the door line and went to other stores. truthfully this store lost my business and I'm sure the others that waited in the cold rains business too.
