When I came in for my free alignment, I was told it cost $105.00, I was told at this time it was a free alignment CHECK. Not alignment, at no time was that ever referred to as a CHECK. I decided on Waynes because I was told it included a free alignment, I could have went elsewhere and actually received a free alignment, with a lower price, but decided to support a local company. Got a text at 6:40 telling me they just pulled the car in, I went to go see what the hold up was. Once I got to the back the mechanics claimed my lug nuts were "too rusty" and they didn't want to break a stud, they didn't even attempt to take any of them off. I took the car home and got the lug nuts off all 4 tires by hand. Poor time management and they just wanted to get home since they close at 7, I will never be back for any vehicle related purposes.
