With the spot specifically having the word "feet" in it, I had assumed they must be pretty good at foot massages... I was mistaken, at least with the woman I got that did my massage. When I signed up for the massage, I told the man at the front counter that I'd like to focus mainly on my feet for the hour I was paying for- he seemed as though he understood, I paid and they took back to a large room with lots of beds right next to each other ( wasn't expecting that, but was still fine with it). They put me directly inbetween two people which I thought was odd cause there were so many empty beds available ( which, I'm easy to get along with, so still fine). I ended up being told that the two people next to me complained about me talking so much during their massages... I was talking cause the woman that was assigned to me kept redirecting the massage to all other parts of my body besides my feet - so I was explaining to her that I'd like my feet mostly done and to please reroute... I did this several times as I was there for a foot massage. Anyhow, the massage felt good, she had great hands but there was definitely a language barrier & I technically did not get what I wanted. If you are looking for a good, full body, easy massage that is just that, it's probably a good place, as for me, I won't be returning but it's all good! read more

I usually prefer female masseuse,but they only had a male available for when we booked,and it was a blessing in disguise as it was one of the best massages I've had! Came here for the reviews. I was NOT prepared for what happened to my body. It was stretched every which way and super painful. I do yoga and I am very flexible. However, these stretches that were included in the full body massage were horrible. I did not receive any questions about pain anywhere or what I needed. I did have pain in a few different places and they were all worked on without her knowing about them. I will not be back. Also I did not ask for a full body massage . I just said back massage for an hour and they charged me for the most expensive one. read more

I visited Joy Foot Spa about a week ago, and could not have been more happy. Upon entering, I was greeted warm by the manager (owner?) and selected the 60 minute reflexology. This treatment is mostly focused on the feet and legs , but does include a few minutes on the shoulders and arms. I was really happy to see they have a proper door between the lobby and the large room with the massage chairs. Other spas in the area just have a curtain, which can be incredibly noisy hearing people come in and out. I was off to a great start! I was shown where to sit, got comfortable, and was greeted warmly by a woman whose name I believe was Lisa. She brought out water to soak my feet, which was not as hot as I would have expected but still pleasant. Lisa got right to work, and knew exactly what areas of my feet, lets and shoulders needed relief. In addition to be outstanding at her job, I could actually speak with her about areas I wanted to focus on and she understood. This may be one of the only foot massage places I have ever been to were there was no language barrier, and that's a powerful difference for me. Lisa did amazing, and as she was finishing with my left foot I asked her to spend a minute or two specifically on my inner arches as this is where I store a lot of stress. She was happy to help and it felt amazing! There was only one time where the pressure was a little strong for me, and when I asked her to be a little softer, she did exactly that, a "Little" softer. This may sound like as mall detail, but at other spas where there is a language barrier if the persons pressure is at a 10, and I say a little softer, they drop the pressure to a 1. It's very frustration. But here she understand exactly what I wanted, pulled back on the firmness just a little bit, confirmed with me it was okay, and move on. Perfection! The 60 minute reflexology was $40 which I consider reasonable, and I tipped $10. I also like that I actually saw the tip being handed to the worker. I will be back as often as I can!! read more

We love this place. We have been coming to Naples for around 25 years. We found this place about 15 years ago and have a couples massage and foot reflexology every year we come down. They are the best for working out sore muscles and making your body feel great. I highly recommend them. read more

I have come here a handful of times over the last 4 years. I've only had one mediocre (less than) experience and that was 2 years ago. This last time (today) was outstanding. I had started going to Serenity more bc it has better ambiance and I had a couple of great massages there but the last few times my experience CR at Serenity was mediocre and definitely overpriced. Found this place on Yelp and went here for a deep tissue massage due to some neck and upper shoulder pain that I experience often. Boy did I get what I asked for. The female massage therapist was on the table putting all of her power into kneading out the knots in my upper neck shoulders and back. The place was bare-bones and not anything upscale but very clean and quiet. The price was incredibly reasonable for what I got, which was one hour deep tissue massage and ended with hot stones at the end. Well worth the trip. read more

They accommodated us last minute for a 60 mins couple massage. Place doesn't look like much, and it's not a lush spa (curtain doors to massage rooms, etc so you can hear some noise from the lobby/hall. But the massage was amazing. My picky husband said it's the best massage he's ever had, better than any top rated hotel spa. Bought a Groupon to it a try was VERY impressed by: 1. How clean it was - it was spotless. 2. Got the foot reflexology and got a full hour of massage - including scalp, shoulders, arms, hands, and legs with most of the time spent on the feet - just wonderful. 3.
