I emailed the address listed on the website and in previous receipts and it bounced. I also tried to call for several days and the phone was disconnected. Finally on the second week of trying someone answered, who was clearly on a cell phone. Told me they can't help with refunds over the phone and they don't have any phone number to help. My only option was to email an address not listed anywhere on their website or in my previous receipt. No chance I'm sending personal information that way. Pretty unfortunate as we have used this service for years. Something happened at the end of 2023 and now it's super shady. I recommend using a different service. Also this company just dispatches to other car services. May as well go directly to those companies.

Easy booking rides online or email. Once booked you'll get a confirmation email. Chauffeurs always arrive early for our trips. Same this time. Rafael contacted me an estimated time of arrival about 30 minutes before he arrived. Departure time was 5:30am and he showed up 10 minutes early. SUV was clean and spacious. Water bottles provided. Rafael was super nice and a great driver. Loaded and unloaded our bags. Asked to ensure we had everything for our trip before we left. But we had to flag down the waiter to bring a missing salad after a lengthy delay. We started with an escargot appetizer ($18) with tarragon and basil compound butter, which didn't match the traditional garlic butter recipe in most restaurants. The snails weren't terrific, either. The Strawberry Caprese was a hit, and it was also $18. For entrées, the pan-seared scallops ($43) were the favorite. Followed by the chicken with seasonal vegetables ($36), then the duck (two ways, $39), confit and roasted, with the roasted being a bit dry, and a decent Madeira sauce. I had seen and heard so many recommendations of Scroggins Transport Service on social media and from acquaintances, I was glad he was available. Jason is that great combination of professional and friendly. As I approached his car, he immediately jumped out to help me in case my vision was at all impaired. I could actually see well enough not to be wobbly, but I appreciated his concern and actions. He drove me to the appointment, waited for me, and then drove me home. We had great conversations each way, and the price was actually more affordable than had I booked a separate Uber each way. The car was beautifully maintained, the ride was smooth, the communication setting up the appointment and letting me know he was on the way were all perfect. I told Jason I had been keeping an eye on his ads and social media posts for a while, knowing I was reaching a phase of life where family was no longer close by, and friends were not always available to help out with transportation if I couldn't drive myself. Of the many local drivers I've seen recommended on social media, I was impressed that Jason is open to driving clients to medical appointments and social events, not just airport destinations. It is important to me that Jason has commercial insurance and this is his full-time business -- many drivers are not as appropriately insured and may only be driving as a side gig. I honestly feel like a burden has been lifted off of me, knowing that I can turn to Jason for future medical or other appointments. Had he been in business when I was driving my elderly parents to doctors' appointments several times a week, I would have eagerly booked him for a few of those visits, knowing that my parents would have been given the assistance and caring attitude that Jason offers. Great service that came to the rescue! We needed a ride from LAX back home in San Diego at around…read moremidnight. We got stuck in Maui due to the Tsunami warning and missed our connecting flight home. Affordable Airport Transportation had great reviews and followed up with my request in minutes. We had our car booked 5 minutes later. When we arrived in LA, our driver Ahmad texted me that he was waiting for us. Gave us his location and we found him immediately. Even at midnight, LA traffic was backed up and several freeways were either backed up because of reduced lanes or completely closed, but Ahmed was familiar with the area and expertly navigated us around and got us home safe and sound and super quick.
