While I understand that risks and consent forms are part of cosmetic procedures, that does not change the outcome I experienced after treatment at your clinic. Prior to beginning treatments, I was specifically told that 3 Nouvaderm sessions would help remove my dark spots and improve my skin. Instead, after my final treatment, my pigmentation became significantly darker and I developed visible marks and irritation that I did not have before. Since then, I have consulted with multiple independent skin specialists and nurses, who expressed concern that my skin may have been overtreated and that improper laser settings likely contributed to the hyperpigmentation and damage I am now dealing with. I am currently facing thousands of dollars in corrective treatments because of the condition my skin was left in afterward. Your statement that there was "no evidence" of damage during my follow-up does not invalidate my experience or the professional opinions I received afterward from other providers. Hyperpigmentation and laser-related skin trauma can worsen over time, especially in deeper skin tones. I shared my review to honestly describe my personal experience and to encourage others to thoroughly research providers and understand the risks before committing to expensive treatments.

I had 11 extensions fall out within the course of 4 weeks. I was devastated and tried to get in touch with the stylist who was on leave. The salon would not help me and said they did not feel comfortable fixing my situation because of my scalp. I had red bumps at almost every single extension. I called around to other salons and luckily came across Tres Chic in Lake Oswego. The gal looked at my hair and basically said it was done all wrong. Too much hair was attached to thin hair and they were way too heavy. She also said the color match wasn't a good match(at the time of install I did think the color looked ok), my extensions were not done in rows and the lack of concern for my situation was lacking. Basically, I was told that I was having a bad reaction. Since getting extensions installed the right way, I have had 1 fall out. ZERO red bumps. I was basically made to feel like I went against the stylists recommendation of having them removed. I went in for a check in appointment and the stylist said it wasn't as bad as she thought so we left them in. I did not go against her recommendation. The woman that helped me at Tres Chic has been doing extensions for over 20 years and she said I was completely justified by being upset. The salon ended up blocking my phone number, which was pretty wild. I do want to acknowledge the owner Luke. He was the only light in that experience. He heard my concerns and I think over time was able to see that I was not in the wrong. He did his best to make it right but I have yet to get an apology from my stylist. I would never handle my business the way the stylist is. Luke refunded my money. I appreciate Luke and still think Anastasia is a good salon, but one bad stylist can muddy their reputation. I hope the stylist is able to get some more education.

IT MADE MY HAIR FALL OUT! I'm 30, so that can start to happen, but c'mon, tell me what the stuff is going to do! Argh. Now I'm shopping for rogaine. Went to see GroundSpring. "Do you have anything?" Oh sure, just take this herb twice a day and EVERYTHING will go away. Now understand that I had cracked flaky skin on my hands, red spots on my neck and chest, athletes foot, the whole gamut.
