They sold me a fake handbag! Always verify the serial number prior to purchasing. My husband is pissed.

I was taken back because no saleswoman says that to a buying customer. So I tried on the dress in front of her and it fit perfect as you see below Elsy. Maybe next time, Elsy, you should be more sensitive with your customers. If I didn't need the dress I would of walked out right after that comment. The short hair blonde girl tried to help me when she saw I was angry, but I was out the door because I've never been so insulted EVER. I'm short but I'm not fat and her attitude was even worst than the comment.

You'll find a lot of club appropriate attire and casual wear for women (I'm not even sure they had things in kids' sizes here). However, I do not like the fact that I couldn't find sizes in their clothes. No tags telling me the size were visible when I browsed through items. Ahem, skinny girl in the room! I'm part of that quadrant that doesn't fit into "one size." You can browse here in peace but if you're not able to wear the average size M or L & want something a little more classy or durable for the office, court or church, this isn't the place for you.

I love the convenience of being able to shop for two constantly growing children in one store; a one-stop-shop! Awesome. It wasn't until i took out a boxer out of a package to figure out the right size on my own, when one of the employees behind the counter already assisting a customer stopped and spoke out loud asking if I needed help yet gave me such a dirty look. I said no i'm okay after already helping myself on my own, not only did she stay staring for a good while, she lowered her voice and started talking about me with the customers and employees all looking at me like some weirdo. Honestly this will be the last time I'm stepping foot in such uncomfortable place, I don't understand how these people even got a job at this place, with no training at all. No hospitality, just straight up making people feel bad. As someone who has worked in retail, it's never hard to be helpful at your workplace, a small sweet gesture could make someones day and unfortunately this place cannot do the bare minimum.

There's a wide selection and healthy mix of high end brand names mid-range stuff from Zara, Liz Claiborne, etc. Prices here are kind of all over the place -- used t-shirts priced at $25 are an insane concept for me to wrap my head around, but then you'll find a Christian Dior trenchcoat for $115...like what? My friend and I did insanely well here though, she got the cutest pair of lace up plaid shoes for like $30 (people on Depop were selling the same pair for $125 used). I walked out with a real Italian lamb leather jacket for $55 - so good that my dry cleaner was literally shocked at the price tag I'd left on when I brought it to him for a cleaning. Overall, a solid thrift spot to look through.

The space is amazing - light filled and spacious which makes for a pleasant browsing experience. There are numerous and large fitting rooms which is unusual in these types of stores. Clothing is arranged by color, which is aesthetically pleasing but a little tougher to find things versus size sorting. They do have separate racks for plus sizes so that can help. In terms of selection, it was much more robust than what I have seen in subpar shops lately, a healthy mix of basics but also some fun things that I haven't seen elsewhere,, like crazy patched jackets and colorful jumpsuits. I did surprisingly well in my haul, almost bought an award dinner appropriate dress, and actually bought a dress and two sweaters. Prices are okay, not super bargains but not "I can't believe they're selling used clothes for these prices" either. Overall, I would absolutely return to this shop and it's worth the long schlep out.
