During the week, campers learn how to improve their riding, both with a group horsemanship lesson and with a one on one round pen lesson. Campers also get to learn survival skills then put them to the test in fun mock survival situations. Campers get to ride on average 15 hours during any given week, all through amazing trails with views that are one of a kind. I suggest Camp Wahoo to any kid, boy or girl, who is interested in horses and nature.

Due to the lack of recent reviews, I didn't know what to expect. Overall, my daughter had a great experience! They were a little less structured than other summer camps (in activities) but she was still happy and I liked how flexible pickup and drop off times were (as long as we did not go over 10 hours). It worked well for both parent's schedule. Unfortunately, they couldn't offer any field trips this summer (at least when my daughter went from mid-July to mid-August). Would recommend.

I love the offers of the Alderwood Boys and Girls club. I played soccer through them about 20 years…read moreago and had a fantastic time. I have now enrolled my son in their basketball program and it was quick and easy, also the two people I spoke to over the phone were so helpful and friendly.
