JoyTech Lab provided stellar customer service earlier today; on Christmas Eve nonetheless! The battery on my iPhone6 had been giving me quite a headache --- crashing out of nowhere, and barely, if ever at all, staying charged for more than ninety minutes. I initially called around 2:30pm, and had no problem setting an appointment for 5:00pm, and JoyTech Lab's technician showed up promptly at 4:55pm at my home address. Upon arrival, the technician was courteous and polite, and went right to work on replacing the battery within my phone; while also responding to general technology questions that were being asked of him by other members of my family who were home as well. In all, the battery of my phone was replaced after only fifteen to twenty minutes of work; and since then, has shown no signs of crashing, or inadequate battery life. The price for the service and battery replacement was more than reasonable, and I couldn't have been more happy with the service. This company generally does on site repair but we are over an hour away so we were able to drop the phone off for repair. The technicians were very fast and friendly. We picked the phone up approximately 40 minutes later and the cost was cheaper than the insurance deductible.
