Refuse my drop off, send me with post it note with the wrong customer service phone number (had to be transferred and waited on hold) only to go leave with the packages back in my car. Wild that an empty store with employees standing around wouldnt have an interest in even trying to understand their own system to help out a frustrated customer and make them walk out with product that their own company is trying to retrieve.
