Yesterday, now that I had a chance to inspect myself, it took me ninety seconds to find the separation between my drive shaft and differential. He stands by his service, feels that his inability to identify the obvious mechanical failure is worth $135, and refuses a refund thereof. He even stated that this is a very rare issue, yet it took me thirty seconds to discover that there was a recall for this. Somehow this guy considered himself a professional. Far from it. Piss poor standards, to say the least, and piss poor customer service on top of that. That'll teach me to vet a privately owned businesses before I put any trust in them. Y'all do yourselves a favor, and don't!
