They went above and beyond driving to find my parts, had my truck finished by 2pm. Also gave me a 36K mile/36 month warranty on my parts. They saw I have Veteran plates and offered me the Military discount and gave me $50 gift card for their boutique down the road- a must see. The staff was great to deal with and informative about my repairs, along with things to do in the area and places to eat. The buyer had not registered the vehicle and the truck was towed a week after purchase. In Texas, a legal bill of sale and title transfer is all that the seller is required to have when selling a vehicle. I informed them of this and provided the buyer's information. Instead of pursuing that individual, they have asked me to give them the keys and get a replacement title so they could legally take possession of the vehicle. I informed them that I could not get a replacement, as it would be illegal at this point (since I am no longer the legal owner) and that I did not have keys because I gave them to the buyer when I sold the vehicle. Still, they continue to harass me. I am in the process of reporting them to the Attorney General of the state of Texas. I would encourage others who have been encountered with this company's shady tactics to come forward and report them as well.
